Training & Preparation | We train our Demo Ambassadors using web based videos, online quizzes, food handler and safety training updates. Prior to each demonstration, DDM provides detailed demo instructions, manufacturer conference calls and personalized instruction. |
Demo Execution | Our goal is to ensure that we create a “Customer Intimate Demo Experience.” We understand that it is important for store customers to have a positive experience and gain product knowledge from our in store demos. We are focused on conducting the highly customized product demonstrations that our customers expect and deserve. |
Accountability | Performing at an exceptional level is critical to DDM’s program. Demo coaches evaluate all aspects of the demo presentation and provide feedback on an ongoing basis. Direct Demos provides timely and accurate feedback, customer comments, Demo Report Cards and Demo Summary Presentation reports. |
